Supervision is a safe and confidential space where you can:
- reflect on and review your practice
- discuss individual cases in depth
- ensure you are working ethically, within your competence, and within professional boundaries
- identify training and professional development needs
- practice self-care and manage your workload
- manage the impact of the work that you do on your own wellbeing.
I offer both clinical and non-clinical supervision.
Clinical Supervision
£80 for 1.5hrs
Supervision for counsellors and supervisors. I use the seven-eyed model, work integratively, and intersectionality is important within my practice to ensure that the entirety of a person’s identity is considered in understanding their perspective and experience. I encourage supervisees to reflect on societal power dynamics and how they influence our therapeutic relationships.
The BACP recommends a minimum of 1.5hrs per calendar month. For larger client loads you may wish to up your supervision time too.

Non-Clinical Supervision
£80 for 1.5hrs
Supervision isn’t just for counsellors. I support a range of professionals whose work can feel heavy to ensure that they are able to handle the emotional load of the work alongside reflecting and changing the way they work. Your supervision sessions are a space to reflect on your challenges and successes, check on your boundaries and communication, and look after your wellbeing. Having supervision that is external from your workplace removes the pressure where many feel that they are being assessed and what they share could come into workplace decision-making. Supervision can help you manage stress, prevent burnout, prioritise self-care, and develop your reflection skills. I recommend once a month or quarterly sessions and am happy to discuss different length sessions as appropriate for your needs.
Some examples of roles that may benefit from non-clinical supervision:
- SENCOs
- safeguarding teams
- behavioural teams
- teachers
- HR managers
- social workers
- compliance officers
- helpline operators
- care staff.
This list is by no means exhaustive so if you are interested in non-clinical supervision please reach out to book a free initial chat to discuss your needs.
