What information do you collect?
The only personal details collected are necessary to provide and invoice for counselling and supervision services effectively.
How do you protect my data?
Your information is secured with advanced encryption and stored following strict confidentiality protocols. Your data is kept for 7 years in line with GDPR and my insurance.
Do you share my information with third parties?
Your personal data is not shared with third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law or safeguarding policy.
How can I access or delete my data?
You can request access or deletion of your data at any time by sending an email to thecounsellorthing@mail.com which will be acknowledged within 48 hours, and responded to without undue delay.
How can I make a data protection complaint?
If you have a concern about how your personal information is handled, you can contact me by email to thecounsellorthing@mail.com. Please described your concern as clearly as you can, and include any relevant dates or details. Your email will be acknowledged within 30 days of receipt and I will look into your concern and respond without undue delay.
